Our Decaf comes from the region of Narino, Colombia. Some of the highest coffees in Colombia are grown in Narino, and they can also be some of the most stunning and complex. The vast majority of Narino’s forty thousand producers are smallholders and have less than 4.5 acres each. Normally growing coffee here would challenging because of a condition called di-back, but since Narino is close to the equator the climate for the coffee plants to grow is sufficiently stable enough for the plants to thrive.
